Healthy Kids Clinic services are provided by appointment only. The clinic's schedule varies year-to-year and is limited during the summer. Clinic Coordinators are available on off-clinic days to help set up appointments and coordinate care. Please contact the clinic to confirm the current schedule/locations.

If you think your child may qualify for HKSBHC services, you may contact us in the following ways to schedule an appointment:

• Call the clinic cell at (319) 631-3204 to request an appointment. If we do not answer, leave a message with your name and phone number and we will return your call.

• Contact your child's designated Student Family Advocate to help determine eligibility.
