|Social Security's Supplemental Security (SSI) Income Program
||Systems Unlimited provides supported community living services to children and adults in their own homes. Services can be provided through the Home and Community Based Medicaid Waivers or through Chapter 24.
||Supplemental Security Income is a federal program for qualifying persons with disabilities. It provides monthly income to assist an individual in financially supporting themselves.
|Johnson Co. Mental Health and Disability Services
||Johnson County's Mental Health and Disability Services is an important starting point to access adult services. Qualifying individuals receive case management which helps set vocational and living goals and find the help needed to meet these goals. Periodic meetings with the case manager are required.
