West High Marching Band contributes to School Spirit at home football in the fall! All band students participate in Marching Band from August to October. Students' schedules will reflect their Marching Band participation by showing either 9th grade band or 10th-12th grade band during their first trimester at West. Uniforms and shoes are fitted during Student registration prior to the start of school. The Marching Band Fee will cover the cost of shoes, socks, gloves, Marching band T-shirt and baseball cap. Students prepare for Marching band during Heck Week prior to the start of school. The Marching Band season culminates with the Sounds of the Stadium Concert that provides a rousing performance of the pieces played during the various games throughout the fall.

19  Sounds of the Stadium Band Concert - 7:00pm, Main Gym (All Band Members)
28  Trojan Marching Band Performance – UI Homecoming Parade - 3pm release from classes (All Band Members)
