Preschool Application Process & Procedures
Parents/Guardians, using the form below, please:
- Select your top two preferences for your child's preschool. Please select a different elementary location for each preference.
- List your child's home school based on your current address. (Find your home school: Attendance Area Look-Up.)
After you have completed the application below, the District will review all applications, and you will be contacted directly in the spring regarding the registration process, classroom times and placement, along with official AM or PM placement.
Once you have been notified of placement, you will be asked to submit several required documents. Upon receipt of the enrollment documents, families will be emailed directions to eRegister. During the eRegistration process, families will have an opportunity to choose between the following:
Option A: Enroll the student, as normal, in a standard class section. This section would follow our Continuum of Learning Models and may meet on-site, in a hybrid scenario (partially on-site, partially off-site), in a remote continuous learning scenario (off-site), or any combination of these throughout the year, depending upon current state guidance and local health conditions.
Option B: Enroll the student in the ICCSD PK-12 Online Learning Program, which will enroll the student in online coursework for the year.
