    Students must have a current physical, permission to practice, and heads-up concussion form on file to participate.

    Track starts on March 25, 2019. Practice will be from 4:15 to 5:45 PM on M, Tu, W, F, and 3:15 to 4:45 PM Thursdays.

    7. Indoor track cardio
