    LaTasha DeLoach has lived in the Iowa City area for almost 20 years. She is a wife and mother of boy girl twins who are toddlers. She proudly lives in the south eastern section of the school district and she is a past graduate of the Iowa City Community School District. She is a social worker who works with multi disciplinary teams to safely reduce harm to children due to over or under representation in institution/systems (i.e. juvenile justice in Johnson County). She is a champion of children with a special interest in empowering the voices of young women throughout the community and the state of Iowa.

    Brian Kirschling and his wife, Jen, are both originally from Iowa City. After moving away to Chicago and Cleveland for optometry school and residency, they moved back to Iowa City.  He is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics as well as a Staff Optometrist at the Iowa City VA Medical Center. They have two children who attend Shimek Elementary and South East Junior High. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Iowa Optometric Association and various UIHC committees. He also enjoys Hawkeye sports, performing live music, and distance running.

    Chris and his wife, Carolyn, have lived in Iowa City since 1996 and have three kids in the ICCSD schools.  He has an Master of Fine Arts degree from the Iowa Writers' Workshop, as well as a law degree.  He teaches legal analysis, writing, and research to first-year law students at the University of Iowa.

    Chris and his wife Sheri moved to the area in 1999. They have one ICCSD graduate attending UNI, and one child attending high school in the ICCSD. Chris has worked in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance and Engineering at Procter & Gamble since 1992. He has his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

    Paul Roesler lives in Iowa City with his wife, Brandi who is a teacher in the district, and their two daughters who attend ICCSD schools.  Paul grew up in Iowa City attending Robert Lucas Elementary, South East Junior High and City High School (’94).  He is a graduate of The University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport Studies.  Paul currently is the Community Outreach Leader at Scheels, where he has been employed since 1998.  Paul enjoys playing basketball and golf and coaching youth sports.  He also serves the City of Iowa City as a member of the Parks and Recreation Commission.

    Lori Roetlin graduated from Iowa Mennonite High School.  She received an A.A. in Liberal Arts from Hesston College and a B.A. in Social Work from Bethel College.  Lori earned a Masters of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University.  Since 1998, Lori has worked as a social worker at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.  Lori has children at Coralville Central and West High.  Lori enjoys volunteering in her kids’ schools, playing violin with her children, and riding bike with her husband, Tony.
