Hello! My name is Nick Carlo, and I am the band director for Garner and Kirkwood Elementary Schools. I am originally a clarinet player and graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2015. I taught 5th–12th Grade Band for the last two years at Winfield-Mt. Union. I am very excited to be joining the Iowa City Community School District and to be teaching band at Garner and Kirkwood this year.
