Car Line Procedures

Vehicles should always enter the “loop driveway,” at the east (far) entrance if anyone that you are picking-up is in kindergarten, first, or second grades.

Vehicles may enter the “loop driveway,” at the west (near) entrance if

Everyone that you are picking-up is in third, fourth, fifth, and sixth grades

Busses and daycare vans have all exited this loop (usually by 3pm). This “loop driveway,” at the west (near) entrance is primarily designated as drop-off for our bus and/or daycare vans. Please yield to any/all buses and/or day car vans when entering this loop; and please yield to vehicles exiting our east (far) entrance when entering the west loop.
Do NOT block traffic while waiting to enter this loop. Vehicles should utilize the east loop whenever possible in an effort to keep traffic moving.
-
Please place a visible sign in your vehicle to show the name and grade-level of the student(s) that you are picking-up.
-
If you need a sign, they are available in the office.
- If you don't have a sign, a sheet of white paper and black marker will work.
-

Anyone entering the parking lot, should park their vehicle and cross the car line with their child. Crossing the car line can be done at the east playground or the front entrances.

We ask that you stay to the right, wait in line, and continue to pull forward until you drop-off or pick-up your child.

Please be alert and stay patient; we will monitor the effectiveness of our procedures and make adjustments accordingly.

Please share this information with anybody who might drop-off and/or pick-up students.
