Please complete the online authorization of your Criminal Records check and Dependent Adult and Child Abuse check. You will receive an email confirmation when your application has been approved.

Note: Current volunteers for the Iowa City Community School District were required to submit an updated check as of 07/01/2021.  Background checks for District volunteers are valid for five years.
