We manage a 312 million dollar annual general fund budget, 86% of which is spent on personnel costs and the remainder on operational costs.

Our District's graduation rates, as well as our student SAT, ACT, and ISASP assessment scores, consistently exceed state and national averages.

Our District, which encompasses 35 buildings consisting of over 2,850,000 square feet of facilities space, spans 617 acres of land within our community.

In addition to our 23 school nurses, we also operate school-based health clinics that provide care for un-insured and under-insured families in our community.

We employ over 2,400 individuals and we are the 3rd largest employer in our community behind the University of Iowa and UI Hospitals & Clinics.
Foundation
For ICCSD
Our Foundation generates over $1.3 million in yearly donations, making it possible for every student in our district to have access to enrichment opportunities.
Nutrition
Services
On a daily basis, our nutrition services team prepares and serves over 10,500 meals to students, which includes both lunch and breakfast.
Special
Education
We provide supports and services to meet the unique learning needs of the nearly 1,800 students in our District who require individualized education plans.
Student & Family Supports
Alongside our 30 SFAs and 41 school counselors, we promote social emotional behavioral health by connecting students and families with essential supports and services.

We support over 25,000 connected devices and on a daily basis we process the data equivalent to streaming nearly 45,000 movies in a one-day period.
Transportation
Services
Over 5,000 students are transported by school bus to and from our facilities daily, which includes 80 different routes spanning our community.
