Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

• The EAP provides eight (8) free mental wellness counseling sessions for each employee AND eight (8) sessions for each member of the employee’s immediate family.
   
• Covenant Family Solutions (CFS) is a local provider of mental wellness services that partners with Covenant Workplace Solutions for their EAP members. Virtual and in-person sessions are available to any staff members seeking counseling. 
   
• CWS has a 48-72-hour turnaround for scheduling virtual appointments and no more than a week for in-person appointments.
   
• CFS is a covered provider under our District’s health insurance plan. If you have health insurance coverage through our District, you can continue at CFS beyond the eight free visits and utilize the health insurance benefit to help cover that cost.
   
• In addition to eight free mental wellness appointments, employees and their immediate family members have free, unlimited access to an EAP member portal with tools and resources related to mental wellness.

3. Click the link that says, “Create One,” at the bottom.

4. Fill out your first and last name, email address, create a password, enter your phone number, and company code.

What is an EAP?
An EAP is a strength-based, solutions-focused brief counseling model to assist with a variety of personal challenges, but is not intended to diagnose or replace therapy. 

Are EAP services confidential?
Yes, services are completely confidential. No personal information is shared with your employer. Only company-wide utilization numbers are shared.
