Why do we exist?

Our mission is to provide all ICCSD staff with professional development opportunities that build the capacity of staff to maximize student achievement and outcomes and improve the educational experiences for all children. Professional development will engage staff in reflecting on and increasing high quality instruction in their field, and work to support and retain highly effective teachers, administrators, and staff while maximizing systems and resources based on student needs.
