We would like to share information about the newly approved ICCSD Secondary School Personal Device Policy, which will go into effect across all middle and high schools starting January 21, 2025. The new guidelines are designed to reduce distractions, ensuring students stay engaged during instructional time while also helping students develop healthy digital habits.

New electric vehicles are making an immediate impact for high school special education students in the ICCSD Transition Alliance Program (TAP).
The district opted for electric vehicles in keeping with its commitment to sustainability. In 2023, the U.S. Department of Education awarded ICCSD the Green Ribbon Award for its cost-saving, health-promoting, and performance-enhancing environmental practices.

Officials of the National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) have announced the names of approximately 16,000 Semifinalists in the annual National Merit Scholarship Program. We are proud to announce that we have 22 Semifinalists from our District, with four from City High, two from Liberty High, and 16 from West High.
