The district has policies and procedures in place to investigate filed complaints. While policy 107 may be used as the basis of a complaint, failure to abide by the timelines in a board policy applicable to the substance of the complaint or the timelines on an applicable negotiated agreement will also deem the complaint untimely under this policy.
