When an employee becomes seriously injured on the job, administration will attempt to notify a member of the family, or an individual of close relationship, as soon as administration becomes aware of the injury.

When injured, an employee should see the school nurse for first aid and to receive the medical authorization forms for an occupational health visit

It is the responsibility of the employee injured on the job to report their injury online in the district's accident reporting system within twenty-four hours of the occurrence. 

It is the responsibility of Human Resources to file worker’s comp claims.
