The board, in reference to the negotiated agreement, will determine the amount of vacation, holidays, and personal leave that will be allowed for licensed employees.

It is the responsibility of the superintendent or designee , in reference to the negotiated agreement, to make a recommendation to the board on vacations, holidays, and personal leave for licensed employees.
