Determining the assignment of each classified employee is the responsibility of the superintendent or designee and within the sole discretion of the board. In making such assignments each year, the superintendent or designee will consider the qualifications of each classified employee, the needs of the school district, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.

It is the responsibility of the superintendent or designee to assign classified employees and report such assignments to the board.
