Persons interested in an Extra Servi

The board will determine the compensation to be paid for the Extra Service Activities employees' positions, which shall be approved each year through Appendix C of the Negotiated Agreement between the Iowa City Teachers Association and the Iowa City
Community School District.

It is the responsibility of the superintendent or designee to make a recommendation to the board annually regarding the compensation of Extra Service Activities employee.

Extra Service Activities Employees shall not receive compensation for performing their Extra Service Activities position outside of or beyond the compensation as stated in this policy.
