District personnel who receive capital projects documentation (i.e. bids, applications, change orders, etc.) are able to keep the documents electronically as set forth:
- Facility Management personnel should scan the document into identifiable project folder.
- Upon verification that the document has been scanned accurately, the original document can be destroyed.
- One year following the completion of a project (when the Board of Education approved completed project), the documents will be stored electronically.
