This scholarship honors Freddy Miranda, who made a lasting impact on hundreds of students during his work in higher education across Iowa. 

• Students must attend a high school that is an Iowa ACAC member as of March 1, 2025.
• Their chosen college must also be an Iowa ACAC member.
