Healthy Kids School-Based Health Clinics
Healthy Kids School-Based Health Clinic is an extension of health services offered in the Iowa City Community School District. The clinic serves residents of Johnson County, ages 0-21, through graduation age; offering physicals, sports physicals, immunizations, and more.
We are a United Way funded, community supported, free medical clinic model. Our mission is to work collaboratively with area medical partners to provide accessible primary, mental health, and specialty care to underserved and uninsured populations.
We also help to connect new and current Iowa residents, insured or eligible for health care assistance to resources in the area, ranging from finding a local dental provider to assistance in applying for Hawk-I or Medicaid. Please click here for additional clinic information and services.
