Kindergarten Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year

Do you have a child who will be turning 5 years of age on or before September 15, 2025? If so, we invite you to our Kindergarten Registration event on March 6 & 7, 2025, to learn about our kindergarten program, ask any questions you may have, and register your child on-site for the 2025-26 school year.

TIME: March 6, 2:10 - 7:10 p.m. / March 7, 7:40 a.m. - 3:40 p.m.

WHO: For children who are 5 years old on or before 9/15/25

Requirements at registration:

1. Verification of your child’s birth date
   Examples include a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport. For additional options, please contact the Educational Services Center at (319) 688-1000.

2. Child’s immunization records

3. Proof of residency
   Examples include a lease/rental agreement or utility bill.

Interpreters will be available at each school. Please note, registration may take up to 45 minutes. Feel free to bring your registration documents with you. Don’t worry, if you don’t have the records available, we can still get your child registered!

If you are unable to register your child on March 6 or 7, please contact your child’s school.
