  • Learning Model Survey

    We continue to evaluate the COVID-19 conditions in our community and specifically within our schools. This includes analyzing our learning models and determining the appropriate model that prioritizes health and safety for our students and staff, while also balancing the educational needs of our students. As we collect data to assist our decision-making process (Johnson County COVID-19 positivity rates, positivity rates within our schools, and guidance from Johnson County Public Health), we would like to hear from you.

  • Notice to Our Students of Timberline Data Security Incident

    Iowa City Community School District (the “District”) is committed to protecting the security and privacy of our students’ information. Regrettably, we recently learned of an incident that occurred at one of our vendors, Timberline Billing Services, Inc. (“Timberline”), that involved some the District’s information.

  • 2021 Graduation Information

    We would like to share information regarding our spring graduation ceremonies for the class of 2021. We have confirmed that we will be able to hold our 2021 graduation ceremonies at the new Xtream Arena in Coralville for City High, Liberty High, and West High students. Tate High School’s graduation will be held at the Englert Theatre, similar to past years. We have confirmed the following schedule for the ceremonies:
