Iowa law requires certain immunizations (vaccines) for children to attend school, unless they have a medical or religious exemption.  Please ensure that your child has the minimum required immunizations, and provide a copy of your child's immunizations to the school office prior to the start of the school year.  Please provide an updated record when your child receives any updated immunizations.

Immunizations are available from your primary health care provider or the Johnson County Public Health Department.  Call (319) 356-6045 to make an appointment.  Insurance is not required.
