OFF SEASON LIFTING TIMES

WEIGHT TRAINING- off season weight training for athletes not in a fall sport or in the performance PE class begins on Monday.  The general schedule for teams is below.  Please work with your coach if modifications are needed in days or times:

    • Monday 7:00am- Boys out of season
    • Monday 4:15pm- Wrestlers and Men’s Basketball
    • Tuesday 7:00am- Girls out of season
    • Wednesday 7:00am- Boys out of season
    • Wednesday 4:15pm- Wrestlers and Men’s Basketball
    • Thursday 7:00am- Girls out of season
    • Thursday after school- Wrestlers and Men’s Basketball
    • Friday 7:00am- Boys & Girls out of season
