Enrollment for New Families

Step 1:

Register Your Student in Infinite Campus

All families are required to register their students in Infinite Campus through the process known as Online Registration (OLR). Already have a student in our District? Follow our Enrollment Process for Current Families for your new student.

If you have trouble activating your account or completing the Infinite Campus registration process, please contact your school. To complete the enrollment process, all new students must bring the required documents outlined in Step 2 to their school. 

Step 2:

Complete and Turn in Forms

Families must submit the applicable forms below for enrollment and registration of a new student:

Registration Forms and Documents: Preschool

Registration Forms and Documents: Kindergarten
Registration Forms and Documents: Grades 1-12
Immunization Requirements
Free and REduced Application
If possible, please print and complete the forms and bring them to your child's school. If you are unable to print the forms, please contact your child's school for assistance.

Verification of a child's date of birth is required. Examples include a copy of your child's birth certificate or passport. For additional options, please contact our District's Educational Services Center at (319) 688-1000.

Step 3:

Pay Fees

Payments for the following school year can be made after July 1st

We utilize a system called MySchoolBucks to easily allow parents and guardians to pay for students' fees.

If you have questions regarding your child's school fees or how to access MySchoolBucks, please contact your child's school or the Business Office in our District's Educational Services Center at (319) 688-1000.

The District's Board of Education approved fees are available for your reference.
